COVID-19 operating updates

We are incredibly pleased to advise that Beauty Salons in NSW are open to all clients from the 15th of December. The health and safety of our clients and staff is of the utmost importance, so in order to ensure this, we have developed and implemented a COVID-Safe plan that will include the following changes.


What we are doing:

We have evaluated and made changes where appropriate to our operating procedures to ensure all services provided are safe and compliant with Public Health guidelines.

We have implemented social distancing measures in our reception and waiting areas, things will feel a little different to our ‘normal’.

All surfaces and equipment have had additional cleaning and disinfecting measures put into place before and after your treatment to ensure the safety of yourself and other clients.

Our team have all completed additional training and are certified on COVID-19 infection control measures.


What we ask of you:

Upon arrival, please check in using the QR code provided in reception.

Please do not visit if you have been instructed to self-isolate or you are awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test.

Most importantly, please do not visit our salon if you sick, unwell, or displaying any of the following COVID-19 symptoms, sore throat, runny nose, cough, or fever. We have relaxed our cancellation policy and are more than happy to reschedule your appointment without penalty should you become unwell.

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment, if you arrive too early, we may request that you wait and be seated outside until we can take you through to your treatment room.

Upon arrival to your appointment, please use the hand sanitiser provided to clean your hands.

When paying, we prefer that you use contactless payment methods. We accept Eftpos, Visa, Mastercard and Amex without surcharge.
