Bookings
Last-minute bookings are welcome. We usually have availability on the same or next day if you're flexible with times. In Port Macquarie, long weekends and school holidays fill up faster, so book a little ahead for those. If you can't find a time online, call us. We can often move things around to fit you in.
Absolutely, add each treatment, then assign it to a guest in your cart. Choose the "same time" option and we’ll arrange side-by-side rooms wherever possible.
Yes, unless you're booking with a purchased voucher. All other bookings need a deposit of at least 20% of the treatment price, paid by card when you book. Your deposit comes off the total when you pay for your treatment.
No. Guests under 16 need to be accompanied by an adult or have a parent or guardian's permission. Treatments are charged at the same rate.
Fifteen minutes before your appointment. Arrive early, slow down, and start unwinding in our relaxation lounge.
Both locations have street parking. In Manly, there's also a paid council car park on Whistler Street.
Please call us as soon as you can. We'll do our best not to shorten your treatment, but if another guest is booked after you, we may need to finish on time.
Life happens, so please give us a call. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to change or cancel your booking. If you cancel with less notice and we can't fill your appointment, a fee of 20% of the treatment value will come out of your deposit or purchased voucher.
If you miss your appointment without letting us know, your deposit is forfeited and future bookings will need to be paid in full when you book.

Yes. For purchased vouchers, choose your treatment and time, then enter your voucher code at checkout. For complimentary vouchers, such as birthday or new client vouchers, pay a deposit of at least 20% of the treatment price by card when you book, then use your voucher when you pay for your treatment.
Absolutely. Vouchers can be used at both Port Macquarie and Manly.
Yes. Any purchased voucher can be exchanged for the price it was purchased for and used on other treatments, packages or products, over one or more visits. If your voucher was bought during a promotion, its value is the promotional price, which may be less than the package's normal price. Vouchers can't be exchanged for cash.
If a treatment or package is named on your voucher, we'll honour it at no extra cost. If that treatment is no longer available, your voucher can be used to the value it was purchased for.
No. Free and complimentary vouchers can be used on services only. They can't be used on products or exchanged for cash.
Treatments
Whatever is comfortable. You’ll be given a robe, and disposable underwear is available for body treatments. Your modesty is always protected.
You'll fill in a consultation form before your treatment. If you have a serious or life-threatening condition or allergy, please tell us as soon as you book.
Congratulations! Our pregnancy massage with specially designed pillows is made for you. Some facial actives are not recommended. Mention how many weeks you are in the booking notes and we’ll tailor everything.
Yes, we have 2 spas side by side in a private candlelit room and it's all yours (or yours and your guest’s if you book with one) for the session.
No. Your spa is filled with fresh water just for you. After each session, it's cleaned with sanitiser and drained before the next client.
